1. Platform purpose

Edgedemy is for trading education, course review, learning flow, quizzes, practical tasks, and chart analysis examples. The platform is not a signals group, broker, investment manager, or provider of financial recommendations.

2. Account creation and security

To use full course access, users may need to create an account. Users are responsible for the accuracy of provided data, password security, and activity on their account. If unauthorized account use is noticed, contact the platform team as soon as possible.

3. Course access model

Access is activated for the specific course selected by the user. The PRO subscription is monthly and applies to one course, so it is not one shared subscription for all courses.

4. Access levels

Courses differ in what they include. Some courses are free, and some lessons and practice exercises can be tried without an account. Paid courses are available through a monthly PRO subscription that applies to that specific course. Included lessons, tasks, quizzes, chart examples, and additional features depend on the course.

5. 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. Access to a paid course is granted immediately once payment is confirmed, so before you pay you are asked to confirm two things: that you want access to begin immediately, and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once it does. Both confirmations are required to complete a purchase, and the exact wording you agreed to is stored with your payment record. Without that confirmation the 14-day right applies in full.

6. Paid access cancellation

A monthly subscription for a specific course can be cancelled at any time from the profile page. After cancellation, no new recurring charges are made, but access to the paid course continues until the end of the already paid period.

7. Refund policy

We do not refund subscription payments. Cancelling stops future charges but does not return money already paid for the current period — access continues until that period ends. This is because access begins immediately at your request, and the right of withdrawal ends with it. A payment taken in error is not a refund — we will always correct it, so contact us.

8. Content use restrictions

Course materials, videos, texts, quizzes, chart examples, tasks, and other content are intended for personal learning. Copying, distributing, reselling, publicly posting, or using the content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

9. Prohibited actions

It is prohibited to attempt to bypass access restrictions, share accounts with others, disrupt platform operation, use automated tools to collect data, upload illegal content, or otherwise violate the interests of other users or the platform.

10. Service changes

Platform features, course structure, access levels, payment solutions, and content may be updated. We aim for changes to be clear to users and not to reduce active access without a valid reason.

11. Limitation of liability

The platform content is educational. Users are responsible for their own financial decisions, trading actions, and risk management. The platform does not guarantee profit, specific results, or that the learning content will fit every personal situation.
